The 3rd Annual Women’s Business Conference

L.E.A.P.

Leadership – Execute – Accelerate – Profit

Delray Beach, FL - The Florida Women’s Business Center is hosting the 3rd Annual Women’s Business Conference. This event will take place 8:30 am - 3:30 pm on Saturday, October 15th at the South County Civic Center, 16700 Jog Road, Delray Beach.

The Florida Women’s Business Center (FWBC) is a small business resource center funded in part with a grant from the Small Business Administration (SBA). The center is dedicated to assisting women in achieving their dreams by helping them start, run and grow successful businesses. In addition to offering a number of services, such as marketing assistance, technical assistance, and counseling, FWBC hosts this annual conference to provide Resources, Opportunities, Connections, and Knowledge to benefit the growth of businesses throughout South Florida.

This conference focuses on broader ideas and inspiration for businesses. Through panel discussions, effective networking, and luncheon, entrepreneurs can connect with innovative business leaders, who are there to share insights, best practices, and tricks of the trade.

The keynote speaker is Tanya Menendez, Co-Founder of Maker’s Row. Makers Row during its short tenure has already connected more than 80,000 businesses to resources within the United States and raised $2.5 million in venture capital. Tanya has a great story to share, and resources our clients will be very interested in learning about. Each of the four panels contain knowledgeable business professionals and leaders in the community who are willing to inspire, share, and support the growth of women owned businesses.

Attendees will leave this one-day event with a better understanding of how to invest in their businesses’ growth. It’s an opportunity to learn from thinkers and innovators in various industries through practical sessions that address the challenges faced in business today. An added bonus for attendees is to reserve time to get a mammogram onsite at the conference via Boca Regional Hospital’s MammoVan.
